After we have received your form, we will contact you to confirm your desire to cancel your membership. Your membership will remain in place until we have confirmed cancellation.
NOTE: Until we have confirmed the cancellation, your membership will remain valid and you will be responsible for any remaining membership fees. Until your membership has been cancelled you will need to keep payment methods in place. We will explain when you need to cancel your payment method and how to do so. Cancelling a payment method without submitting this form does NOT cancel your PSA membership. Until we have cancelled your membership, you will be responsible for all membership fees. You cannot cancel your membership if you have any outstanding payments owing.
