Fellows Forum Spring 2021
The Spring Fellows Forum is nearly upon us and it gives us a chance to get together, reflect on the start to this year and look forward to the green shoots of recovery from Covid, Lockdown and Zzzzzzzooooom presentations dominating our lives!
Along with some of the usual favourites, we’re going to pick up on the threads of discussion from the Winter Fellows Forum with a couple of panels to dig deeper.
Here’s what you have to look forward to:
9am – Networking. A chance to catch up with old friends and meet Fellows you haven’t met before. Breakout rooms will be available for small group chats.
10.00am – Who’s in the Zoom? – (Sam Rathling)
10.40am Best Practice. What have you done differently that everyone else needs to know about and learn from? Shared in small groups.
11.20am – Break
11.30am – Mastermind Groups One member in each small group to share a current business challenge. The rest of their group will work together to find potential solutions and practical advice.
12.20pm – Lunch
1.15pm Technology Q&A Panel A chance for Fellows to ask some of our resident tech experts for their answers to your questions, whether it’s about remote speaking, making the most of Clubhouse or the latest apps and equipment we should be investing in. (MC Guy Clapperton Panelists – Ben Afia, Rikki Arundel, other panelist(s) tbc)
2.15pm Networking. Breakout rooms to be opened for small group meetings and 1:2:1s. If you want to pre-book 1:2:1 or specific small group meetings, arrange them in advance and email me the details. There will be two time slots:
3.15pm Discussion – How do we ensure our message resonates with different generations? How do you overcome communications challenges forged by intergenerational, cultural, political and other differences? (MC Chantal Cornelius Panelists Mark Lee, Renèe Lee Rosenberg, Graeme Codrington)
Please book on soon and get your 1:2:1s in the diary.
If you’d like to step forward for a Mastermind Hotseat, please let me know. We typically have 3-4 slots available depending on numbers booked.
I look forward to seeing you online on the 12th!

Cancellation Policy: Please be aware that we do not accept cancellation of bookings for PSA meetings, as we make arrangements to support the number of places booked and incur costs that cannot often be recovered. If you have booked a place at a PSA event and are no longer able to attend, please ask around your local PSA community to see if another speaker wishes to attend in your place – we’re happy for you to transfer your booking, and just ask that you let us know by emailing [email protected].
Processing your personal data: Please note that when you book an event your data will be processed in accordance with the PSA’s Privacy Notice. When you register to attend a PSA event, we share your name and contact details with the person running the event. For regional meetings, this will be the Regional President. They may share these details with members of the Regional Committee, for the purposes of contacting you about the event, welcoming you, and following up with you afterwards..
We will be taking photographs throughout the event and may also be video recording the event. By purchasing a ticket you agree that all photography may be used at the discretion of the PSA and for the business of any speaker being filmed during the event. However, if you do not wish to appear or be identified in any photography or video footage please advise any Committee member on arrival at the event so we can, of course, accommodate your preference.
