We need a new director for the PSA Board
The PSA is committed to its focus on diversity and inclusion and is constantly striving to improve in this area. We value everyone in the PSA, regardless of gender, disability, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity or religious beliefs.
The PSA are inviting applications for an individual to join the board in the role of Diversity and Inclusion Director.
This role is primarily to support the board, and the Diversity and Inclusion working party group, with management and implementation of diversity and inclusion strategies and programs to promote diversity within the association.
The individual will join the board and act as a liaison between our Board, Chairman, volunteers and management team.
The role includes:
- Measuring and monitoring diversity within the association
- Developing new programs and practices that effectively increase diversity
- Working with the Ethics officer and board members to ensure D&I practices are considered in all areas of the PSA.

The deadline for applications is the 30th June 2021.
The Board will select a shortlist of up to three candidates, each of which will be invited to attend a virtual interview with a panel of board members. The panel will make their suggestion to the board and the candidates contacted accordingly.
